In order to supplement the academic efforts for the promotion of physical education and sports, Umander Convent School has introduced physical education and sports as an academics subject, with appropriate facilities and evaluation procedure in all classes . The school provides the facilities and conducts sports competitions in the following games and sports discipline ( for juniors and seniors ). Badminton , Kho-Kho , Volley Ball, Shotput , BasketBall , Kabaddi , long jump , Karate , Hand Ball, Cricket etc .
